•  for carrying out the lawful interest of Telemobil, market and product analyses.

2. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

2.1. TELEMOBIL is entitled to disclose the Personal Data to:

•  partners and associated companies which may process the Personal Data for the same purposes as TELEMOBIL;

•  third parties specified at point 1 above;

•  debts collection companies (unless otherwise agreed) or other individuals who may share your personal data with others and who may keep a record of the debtors, in order to recover the debts and the terminals;

•  other empowered third parties as per Romanian regulations, in order to provide you products or services that may be of interest to you.

3. INFORMATION TRANSFER OUTSIDE OF ROMANIA

3.1. For the purposes specified herein, TELEMOBIL may transfer the personal data to third parties foreign companies, as per the law.
